About Your Team



Keeping you comfortable while providing state-of-the-art care – those are Tabitha’s two goals whenever you sit in her dental chair. Tabitha is a longtime dental hygienist trained in advanced procedures that will keep your teeth and gums healthy for years to come. She assists in

periodontal therapy and is certified to administer local anesthetics. Tabitha joined the dental team here in 2016 but has worked in the dental field since 2005. She has her associate’s degree in dental hygiene and a bachelor’s degree in health administration.

Her favorite part of the job is playing a role in restoring a patient’s oral health. When she’s not in the office, Tabitha is spending time with her three girls and exercising. She also teaches at Gulf Coast State College two days a week while practicing hygiene three days at Panama City Smiles.



Stephanie has a knack for providing gentle care to each patient she sees at Panama City Smiles. She graduated from Gulf Coast State College in 2017 and began working at Panama City Smiles in July 2017. One of her favorite parts of the job is helping patients feel better and more confident about their smile. Stephanie spends her free time with her fiance, their daughters, and their two cats. The family loves swimming and watching movies together. Stephanie and her fiance are also known for their pool skills and are members of the American Poolplayers Association.



Brianna has never worked at a place where she felt more welcome and appreciated than here at Panama City Smiles. She joined our team in 2018, but she began working in dentistry in 2016. Briana is certified in CPR and has completed training in HIPAA and OSHA. The best part of her job is helping patients understand their insurance better so that they can use it to its full extent in order to improve the way they feel about their smile. In her time away from the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, whether they are relaxing around the house, spending the day doing something spontaneous, or on another sort of adventure.



Carrie has been helping patients have healthier smiles since 2001. She joined our team at Panama City Smiles in 2011. Carrie has additional training in many areas and is certified in local anesthesia. When she is not busy helping patients have a fantastic experience, she enjoys going out on the boat.



Hanna began her career right here at Panama City Smiles in 2018. She is certified as a medical administration assistant. The best part of Hanna’s job is being able to touch a patient’s life in a positive way. Not only is Hanna able to give her patients a reason to smile, but she is actually helping them enhance the quality of their life. In her free time, Hanna enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You might also find her at Gulf Coast State College working toward her dental degree.



Kari joined our team as a member of the call center in 2017. The best part of her day is being able to interact with patients and get to know them. Kari is certified in CPR and has completed training in OSHA regulations. In her free time, Kari enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her children.



Sheila has been working in dentistry since 1996. She joined our team in 2018 and is proud to say that she gets to work with the best of the best! Sheila’s duties vary between keeping our office running smoothly, supporting all team members, scheduling meetings, hiring new employees, and overseeing daily operations. Sheila tries to be open and honest with all of our patients because they are a part of our dental family. She loves the positive energy felt by everyone, and Sheila appreciates the care our doctors and team strive to provide to each patient.

Sheila has been married to her best friend, Robin Smith, for 31 years. They have three children, three grandchildren, two sons-in-law, and two daughters-in-law. Outside of work, Sheila loves spending time with her husband and family, swimming, fishing, exercising, and watching Alabama football.



Briana has been working as a member of the Panama City Smiles team since 2019. She says that the best part of her job is helping people each and every day. When she’s not busy doing that, Briana enjoys spending time with her fiance, Kasey, and her two sons: Devrin and Damon.



Krystal is currently working as a dental assistant and has been since 2017, but she is continuing her education at Gulf Coast State College to become a dental hygienist. She joined our team in 2018, and the best part of her job is helping people in the community and surrounding areas love their smiles and gain self-confidence. Krystal loves meeting patients, hearing their stories, and getting to know them as more than just patients. In her free time, Krystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the lake. She also enjoys river tubing, fishing, hunting, going to concerts, riding in a side-by-side, and playing softball.
